Sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum L.) is an important crop for sugar production and bioenergy worldwide. In this study, we performed transcriptome sequencing for six contrasting sugarcane genotypes involved in leaf abscission, tolerance to pokkah boeng disease and drought stress.
