Endocrine tumors of thyroid, adrenal and parathyroid glands may be due to germline and inheritable mutations in 5-30% of patients. Medullary Thyroid Carcinoma, Pheochromocytoma, Paraganglioma, and Familial Primary Hyperparathyroidism are the most frequent entity.
