BACKGROUND: Several long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) are involved in oncogenesis. METHODS AND RESULTS: Our microarray analysis showed that numerous lncRNAs are dysregulated in hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (HSCC) tumor tissues as compared with normal tissues.
