Acromicric dysplasia (AD) and geleophysic dysplasia (GD) are rare skeletal dysplasias characterized by short stature, acromelia, joint contracture, hepatomegaly, hoarseness and respiratory distress. Compared with GD, AD presents with milder clinical and radiological features.
