With BCR-ABL1 tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs), such as imatinib, nilotinib, dasatinib, bosutinib, and ponatinib, many patients with chronic myeloid leukemia in chronic phase (CML-CP) can expect to live near-normal life spans.
