We have recently described a newly recognized syndromic form of congenital microcephaly as part of a large cohort of apparently novel dysmorphic syndromes. The reported Saudi Arabian patients have severe primary microcephaly, ambiguous male genitalia, dysmorphic facies, polydactyly, and renal agenesis.
