PURPOSE: To investigate the phenotype and predisposing factors of a granular corneal dystrophy type 2 transgenic mouse model. METHODS: Human TGFBI cDNA with R124H mutation was used to make a transgenic mouse expressing human protein (TGFBIR124H mouse).
