Idiopathic congenital nystagmus (ICN) is the most common form of oculomotor disorder characterized by involuntary bilateral ocular oscillations. Primarily the disease is an ocular anomaly but the pathophysiology is associated with neuronal cytoskeletal dynamics in the brain.
