Von Hippel-Lindau disease is a rare autosomal dominant hereditary tumor syndrome. The most common manifestations of the disease include cerebellar and spinal hemangioblastomas, retinal angiomas, renal cysts and clear cell cancer, pheochromocytoma, tumors of the inner ear, pancreatic cysts and neuroendocrine tumors.
