BACKGROUND: Acantholytic dyskeratosis under BRAF inhibitors are dermatological diseases rarely reported to date. PATIENTS AND METHODS: We report 2 cases of acantholytic dyskeratosis, reaching the trunk and the seborrheic zones, not itchy, appeared one month after the introduction of vemurafenib.
