PURPOSE: To describe a cohort of patients with Stargardt disease who show a foveal-sparing phenotype. DESIGN: Retrospective case series. METHODS: The foveal-sparing phenotype was defined as foveal preservation on autofluorescence imaging, despite a retinopathy otherwise consistent with Stargardt disease.
