The polymorphisms of exon 2 of GOLA-DQA2 gene were analyzed by PCR-RFLP technique in Laiwu black goats, Lubo goats, and Boer goats; and the effects of genotypes of GOLA-DQA2 gene on blood immune traits were estimated.
