A 15-year-old girl with the typical signs and symptoms of the CHILD syndrome (congenital hemidysplasia with ichthyosiform nevus and limb defects) is described. Associated ipsilateral anomalies included systematized hypotrichosis, fused vertebrae, hemivertebrae, pelvic hypoplasia and renal agenesis.
