Greenhouse hydroponic experiments were conducted using Cd-sensitive (Dong 17) and tolerant (Weisuobuzhi) barley genotypes to evaluate genotypic differences in response of photosynthesis and ultrastructure to Cd toxicity in the presence of exogenous glutathione (GSH).
