The distribution of allele frequencies of six STR-loci (D3S1358, D16S539, THOI, D8S1179, LPL, HUMvWFII), used in forensic practice, was analyzed in populations of Sakha (Yakutia) (three ethnogeographical groups of Sakha (Yakuts), Evenks, Yukagirs, Dolgans, Russians).
