PROBLEM: To analyze cell-derived microparticles (cMP) in pregnancy loss (PL), both recurrent miscarriages (RM) and unexplained fetal loss (UFL). METHOD OF STUDY: Non-matched case-control study was performed at Vall d'Hebron Hospital.
