Papillo-Renal Syndrome (PRS, or Renal-Coloboma Syndrome) is an autosomal dominant disorder, characterized by colobomatous eye defects, abnormal vascular pattern of the optic disk, renal hypoplasia, vesicoureteral reflux, high-frequency hearing loss, and sometimes central nervous system (CNS) abnormalities.
