To discover marker information content and differentiation among grapevine accessions from Iran, USA and Russia, nine microsatellite markers were used. A total of 75 alleles were detected, giving a mean of 8.3 alleles per 9 loci. The total number of alleles per locus varied between 6 to 11 and the polymorphism information content ranged from 0.65 to 0.88, indicating that these loci were highly informative. A...
