We have studied structure of polymorphisms of genes of blood clotting factors II, V, VII, platelet membrane glycoprotein IIIa (GPIIIa) and enzyme methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) in patients with ischemic heart disease (IHD).
