BACKGROUND: Enterovirus outbreaks caused by Coxsackievirus B4 (CB4) in Taiwan in 2004 and 2008. OBJECTIVE: To retrospectively analyze the molecular epidemiology and pathogenicity of CB4 in Taiwan.
