To investigate the molecular epidemiological analysis of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) isolates from five pediatric hospitals in China. Seventy-three MRSA isolates were analyzed by a combination of different genotyping methods, including multilocus sequence typing (MLST), SCCmec and spa typing.
