Genetic diversity and geographic differentiation of the giant tiger shrimp, Penaeus monodon, in Thai waters (Satun, Trang, Phangnga, and Ranong in the Andaman Sea and Chumphon and Trat in the Gulf of Thailand) were examined by COI polymorphism (N = 128).
