The examination included 84 patients with infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis. A relationship of genetic markers to the development of the disease was studied. The incidence of antigens HLA of I (Cw4) and (DR2) classes is higher in patients with infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis than that in healthy subjects.
