OBJECTIVE: To research the hereditary stability of Dendrobium huoshanense which were subcultured 7-8 times in the same tissue culture system. METHOD: Using three primers of arbitrary decamer oligonucleotide sequences from 20 primers for DNA amplification, random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) were performed.
