In this paper PCR-SSCP technique was used to analyze the polymorphisms of the tenth exon of GHR gene in Qinchuan cattle. The results showed that PCR products demonstrated polymorphisms in Qinchuan cattle and the population was at Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (P > 0.05).
