OBJECTIVE: To investigate the allele and genotype frequencies of DXS6804, DXS6799, DXS8378, DXS7130 and DXS7132 in unrelated individuals of Nu population and establish the related genetic database. METHODS: Five X-STR loci were analyzed by PCR followed PAGE and silver staining.
