We describe a fetus with abnormal ultrasound (US) imaging at 20 weeks showing hydrocephalus and radial aplasia. Post-mortem examination followed pregnancy termination and confirmed the diagnosis of oculo-auriculo-vertebral spectrum (OAVS).
