We used 52 Arabidopsis (Arabidopsis thaliana) accessions and developed a new set of 137 recombinant inbred lines between Landsberg erecta (Ler) and Nossen (No-0) to explore the genetic basis of phytochrome-mediated responses during deetiolation.
