Schimke-immuno-osseous dysplasia (SIOD) is a multisystem disorder with the following consistent clinical features: spondyloepiphyseal dysplasia with disproportional growth deficiency, nephrotic syndrome with focal and segmental glomerulosclerosis, and defective cellular immunity.
