OBJECTIVE: To analyze the diversity of F1 in laboratory line Oncomelania hupensis hupensis. METHODS: Genomic DNA was isolated, and cytochrome c oxidase I (COI) and cytochrome b (Cytb) genes were amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR).
