Human genetic expression of growth hormone receptor (GHR) gene was qualitatively analysed using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) in cumulus cells, immature germinal vesicle (GV) and mature metaphase II (MII) stage oocytes and preimplantation human embryos.
