Clinical-genetic examination of 50 patients with menopause praecox syndrome has been performed. The results of the examination show genetic syndrome heterogeneity. Chromosomal and gene mutations take part in the syndrome pathogenesis. Chromosomal abnormalities frequency is 12%.
