Progress in genetics of allergic diseases is based upon the basic science development. Some problems in genetic predisposition to disease and prognosis of clinical course have been discussed and presented in relation to allergic diseases. Moreover, pharmacogenetics of asthma and allergy have been pointed in relation to beta 2-adrenoreceptor.
