OBJECTIVE: The genetic polymorphism of 8 STR loci, was studied in northern Chinese Han and Uygur populations. METHODS: The 8STR loci(vWA,TH01, TP0X, CSF1P0, D5S818, D13S317, D7S820, D16S539) were analyzed and genotyped by fluorescent prime labeling kit and gene scan technology.
