We report a patient with severe mental retardation (MR), microcephaly, Dandy-Walker malformation, bilateral lip/palate clefts, hypertrophied sublingual frenulum, lobular tongue, absent thumbs, and other skeletal abnormalities, including Y-shaped metacarpals and urogenital abnormalities.
