OBJECTIVE: To determine the genotypes and distribution of MSP2 of Plasmodium falciparum isolates in Yunnan and Hainan provinces, China. METHODS: The central polymorphic region of MSP2 allele was amplified by the nested PCR for genotyping of P. falciparum.
