Using a transgenic line that overexpresses a fusion of the KNAT2 (KNOTTED-like Arabidopsis) homeodomain protein and the hormone-binding domain of the glucocorticoid receptor (GR), we have investigated the possible relations between KNAT2 and various hormones.
