Thirty-one trypanosomatid stocks were isolated from various sylvatic hosts and vectors in two different regions from the Paraná State of Brazil. The stocks were analyzed by multilocus enzyme electrophoresis (MLEE) on cellulose acetate plates (22 genetic loci).
