The genotypes of 117 Nanchang White pigs and 361 Large Yorkshire pigs at GH 2 locus were detected by PCR-RFLP. The PCR products were cut by Apa I, and produced two alleles: A(449 + 101 + 55 bp), and B(316 + 133 + 101 + 49 bp).
