The coral bleaching Vibrio shiloi LMG 19703T was characterized by means of Fluorescent Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism (FAFLP), DNA-DNA hybridisation, mol% G+C content, fatty acids methyl ester (FAME) analysis and phenotypical tests.
