Allele frequency distributions of six short tandem repeat (STR) loci, HUMTH01, HUMFES/FPS, HUMTPOX, HUMVWF/A31, HUMF13B, and HUMLPL, were determined in a population (101 individuals) of the Vera-Jerte region in West Central Spain.
