The genomic DNA diversity of 27 Bartonella henselae and three B. clarridgeiae isolates from 18 domestic cats from Japan, the USA and France was investigated by pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) with NotI, AscI and SmaI restriction enzymes.
