Abstract excerpt
Genetic analyses were performed with four sex-linked plumage color mutations (roux, brown, imperfect albino, and cinnamon) in Japanese quail (Coturnix japonica). Roux and brown quail have similar plumage color, but plumage of roux quail is paler.
