In the present study we have analyzed the genotypes at the DYS389-I, DYS389-II, DYS390, DYS391, DYS393 and DYS19 loci on the Y chromosome in Japanese and German populations. The genotypes were determined in the white blood cell DNA of 200 Japanese and 111 German males. The 8-locus haplotype combination of these six loci with our previous data on DYS388 and DYS392 revealed much lower maximum matching probability...
