Hepatitis virus, especially hepatitis C virus(HCV), is suggested to be associated with lymphomagenesis. A high prevalence(33%) of HCV among non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL) patients has been reported mainly in Italy, but the prevalence is low in other countries.
